Concerning Senator Jim Webb’s announcement that he will not run for election in 2012 —

I have this theory that the minute you take the oath in the US Senate your IQ starts decreasing. I think Webb took a look at Joe Biden, had a Flowers for Algernon moment, and decided to quit.

Joe Biden was interviewed in late ‘10 by GQ, and that article raised my respect for Biden. Not to “heartbeat away” levels, but up from moran.

I would think Biden’s lastest pronouncements on Springfield monorail high speed rail and Egypt would put him back down.

P.S. While I think it was a stupid stunt, it was not ‘bugging’ a phone.

Rough, which moran was that?

James O’Keefe redeems himself in a BIG way - you’ll like that article, if’n you haven’t already seen it.

That monorail episode was a five-star classic, from back in the day when the writing was razor-sharp…

Yes, I’ve been meaning to write about that. The big stunner for me is how easy it has been for O’Keefe. His setup seems laughable but yet it’s effective.
