More gun bans, more people shot

As Prince George count in Maryland is discovering. I know how safe the restrictive gun laws of Illinois and especially Chicago keeps us all so much safer.

More seriously, I would not claim that restricting guns of itself necessarily increases gun crime. But the idea that it has any effectiveness at reducing such crimes is the real fantasy of gun control freaks (or as others write, “hoplophobes”).

Restrictive gun laws are an exercise in fantasy.

Like it or not, there are 300 million guns in the country, and there is no making them go away.

Only the reality based community prefers restricting guns to predators.
